Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Executive at Paramount. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing new logo and client accounts, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be involved in prospecting and generating new business leads, presenting and negotiating contract terms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. This role is based in Sandy Springs, GA, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in the contact center industry or staffing industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of workforce solutions and recruitment processes
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
