Clutch is looking for an Account Supervisor with pharmaceutical agency experience on behalf of their client.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive client strategies, positioning them as industry leaders.
- Oversee patient support programs, collaborating with various partners for successful implementation.
- Craft compelling content, including features, reports, and client briefings.
- Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining open communication.
- Manage account budgets and identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts.
- Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay current on industry trends through market research and participation in key events.
- 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency, with a strong understanding of market access.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful patient support programs.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Integrated Marketing.
