Job Description

Account Supervisor/Senior Account Executive - Pharma Hybrid

We are looking for a superstar Account Supervisor/Senior Account Executive who has a passion for branding and creative communications as well as a willingness to get their hands dirty. Our most successful account people have the ability to juggle numerous projects and remain calm under pressure. A bit more about this position:


  • Involves working in a collaborative environment as part of an account team that is managing a growing base of pharma and non-pharma clients; the opportunity involves direct interaction with clients, senior leadership, direct reports, creative staff, partners, and vendors.
  • Requires a deep understanding of the regulatory environment, restrictions, and processes associated with marketing a pharmaceutical product
  • Is a hybrid position that includes working on branding/advertising for non-pharma B2C and B2B accounts; this is the perfect job for someone interested in expanding their horizons and skill sets
  • Brings brands to life across a variety of channels, from marketing communications to digital and social media to traditional print and event


The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience working on a DTC Pharmaceutical brand at either an agency or client. You will be responsible for project management, team coaching, submissions (the candidate must have experience in Veeva or other similar MLR platforms), and project budgeting. Your strategic thinking and leadership skills will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 5 years of work-related experience
  • Pharmaceutical experience (Ideally 3+ years DTC)
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Exposure to strategy development
  • High proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and Google Workspace
