Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in door-to-door sales, generating leads and fostering customer relationships.
  • Utilize comprehensive training to refine sales tactics and strategies.
  • Provide tailored solutions to customer needs, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Conduct thorough product inspections and offer expert recommendations.
  • Manage project lifecycles from estimation to completion, coordinating schedules and resources effectively.
Qualifications

Ideal Candidate:
  • Highly motivated with a passion for outdoor sales work.
  • Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
  • Seeking personal and professional growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug tests.
