Job Description:

Magen Eco Energy US is seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing excellent customer support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our solar pool heating solutions and services, leveraging the HubSpot CRM platform to manage and nurture leads and opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Sales Growth:**

   - Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for Magen Eco Energy US's products and services.

   - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Magen Eco Energy US's product offerings, including solar thermal and PV systems.

   - Build and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve or exceed sales targets.

 

2. **Customer Relationship Management:**

   - Utilize the HubSpot CRM platform to manage leads, contacts, and sales activities.

   - Nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to closing the deal.

   - Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

 

3. **Sales Presentations and Product Knowledge:**

   - Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the benefits of Magen Eco Energy US's solutions.

   - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product advancements to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to customers.

 

4. **Collaboration and Reporting:**

   - Collaborate with the Sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

   - Generate regular sales reports and updates for management, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

 

5. **Market Research:**

   - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.

   - Assist in the development of sales and marketing strategies based on market insights.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Familiarity with solar heating and cooling systems is a plus.

- Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably HubSpot.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for renewable energy.
