Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and personnel shifts. Prepare and submit detailed reports to management regarding site security status and any significant incidents. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their security needs are met. Provide regular training and briefings to security personnel on safety procedures and site-specific challenges. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to site security. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 4 years of experience in security, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills.
