Veolia is seeking a skilled Regional Driver to join our team. As a Regional Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting hazardous and non-hazardous materials from customer sites to designated locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and integrity of equipment.
- Review shipment records, manifests, and container labeling to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, including load weight limits and driver log books.
- Consult with customers regarding load conditions and paperwork inconsistencies.
- Notify supervisors of any moving violations or accidents.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials at designated sites.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Prior commercial driving experience required.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and hazmat transportation.
- Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
- Competitive hourly pay range: $28-$30.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and health insurance.
