Physical Therapist Roles and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Manager of Rehabilitation Services, evaluate each patient referred, completing a full initial evaluation appropriate to the patient’s diagnosis according to established procedure and physician order. Make recommendations and develop treatment plans to achieve established goals. Collaborate as a member of the patient care team Provide supervision for PTAs as needed. Provide clinical supervision for affiliated students under guidelines established by the participating educational institutions. May participate in the mentoring program. Physical Therapist License in the State of Massachusetts required .
