At Brockton Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Therapist to join our team in the Cardiac Rehabilitation department. As an Exercise Therapist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing exercise programs for patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise exercise sessions and monitor patient progress
  • Develop and implement exercise plans for patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions
  • Collaborate with the Coordinator, Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehabilitation to ensure seamless program delivery
  • Record patient progress reports and discharge summaries
  • Interview new patients and document assessment and care plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology with concentration in cardiac rehabilitation or exercise science
  • Two years of experience in cardiac and/or pulmonary rehabilitation
  • BLS Certification required; Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification preferred
