Key Job Duties are -
- Production support of Webmethods instances and applications deployed on Webmethods including a) troubleshooting reported issues, b) performing Root cause analysis, c) identify fixes/solutions and work with engineering in implementing those
- Health monitoring and availability: Define and execute monitoring for Webmethods instances and applications to ensure proactive identification/detection/resolution of issues/latencies/outages
- Webmethods Product Upgrades: Plan, work hands-on, execute and report webmethods upgrades
- Code Deployments, Gatekeeping and Sanity testing : Work with Engineering on CI/CD, execute Code deployments and subsequent sanity testing to ensure deployments does not break functionality
Certificate Spins: Work on SSL certificate updates and coordinate the same with all external customers that are integrated with the company
