* Troubleshoot and resolve business critical application and system issues in a timely manner.

* Assist with product installation and initial troubleshooting for standard and routine customer problems including software,network and hardware issues
* Apply software patches and upgrades, document appropriately
* Create workstation images for mass deployment
* Diagnosing and reporting root cause failure, replace failed components, testing and returning repaired products to customers
* Use approved tools to assist in daily tasks and document eff orts
* Take ownership of the ticket queue (inbound, in person, e-mail, and phone) to ensure incidents and service requests areaddressed in a timely manner, meeting established metrics and SLAs
* Maintain strong customer service focus and a desire to successfully interact with customers and provide ongoing updates tothem as well as his/her management.
* Follow policies and defi ned procedures.
* Maintains confi dentiality of all pertinent patient care information to assure that patient rights are protected
* Triage issues and work with local or corporate team for timely resolution as needed.
* Escalate issues to management as needed.
* Participates in On-call rotation.
* Other duties as assigned
