What You'll Do
- Manage the Office: Oversee day-to-day office and community lounge, answering calls, ordering and restocking supplies, greeting caregivers, and tending to their concerns.
- Establish and Improve Processes: Develop and refine processes and systems, create SOPs and best practices.
- Collaborate with RN Lead: Work with the clinical team lead to run training labs, including attending certain weekend training dates, in accordance with state requirements.
- Use Technology: Use Technology to manage caregiver schedules, maintain records, and loop in the care team as necessary.
- Host Events: Organize and host community programming and collaborate with local support service providers.
- Social Media: Engage in local social media content and build community through sharing knowledge.
- Natural Leader: You've been the captain of your cheerleading squad, events chair of your sorority, or similar - people can count on you to have a plan and make things happen
- Strong Communicator: You excel in connecting with others, clearly conveying ideas, and fostering collaboration.
- Self-motivated and Independent: You are driven and independently motivated and love bringing energy to team huddles
- Organized and Efficient: Your excellent organizational and time management skills allow you to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects.
- Relationship Builder: You have a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships that support long-term success.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
