About Us

We're excited to welcome a new Office Manager to our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, lead our administrative team, and ensure our office runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee the administrative team.
  • Establish team objectives and goals.
  • Manage office supplies through delegation and monitoring.
  • Coordinate with other teams on planning and organizing in-house activities.
  • Participate in office relocations and maintenance.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of office facilities.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for facility services.
  • Conduct regular inspections with Safety to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Address and resolve office-related issues.
  • Manage space allocation and office layout planning.
  • Handle emergency repairs and maintenance issues.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities.
  • Solid organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
  • Ability to assess opportunities for process improvement and implement accordingly.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).

Some overnight travel required; less than 5%.

Frequent sitting and standing in office/desk; frequent reaching, handling paperwork/files, and operating computer and other office equipment; frequent speaking, listening, seeing; occasionally lifting up to 15 pounds.
