Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and support to sellers and buyers throughout the marketing and purchasing process
- Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers
- Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
- Must be 18 years or older
