Windermere Real Estate is seeking a skilled Real Estate Specialist to serve as a crucial intermediary between sellers and buyers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for marketing listings, guiding clients, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and a desire to grow their career. Responsibilities:

* Provide guidance and support to sellers and buyers throughout the marketing and purchasing process
* Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
* Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers
* Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and best practices
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships

Requirements:

* Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
* Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
* Previous experience in real estate or sales is a plus
* Must be 18 years or older
