Position Overview:

Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we expand, we're looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with a positive, opportunity-focused mindset to join our HR team. This position is based on site in Syracuse, NY with the possibility of a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.

  • Work with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure job descriptions are clear, complete and within HR guidelines.

  • Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, etc.

  • Continuously identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that enhance the recruiting strategy.

  • Coordinate on-boarding of new employees including creating new hire files, data entry of employee information into HR system of record, communication with new hires, and conducting new employee orientation.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR-related processes such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.

  • Assist HR team with data analytics and AAP/EEO reporting needs.

  • Support the execution of external recruitment events.

  • Assist in HR areas as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.

  • Must be comfortable with social/in-person and electronic networking and building effective recruiting partnerships / relationships.

Compensation and Benefits: Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance. The company also provides a remote or hybrid work environment and potential stock options.

Salary Range : The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $62,000 to $72,000 annually. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Hidden Level considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
