Looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Account Rep. The ideal candidate with possess strong organizational skills , proficiency in data entry tasks, and managing customer accounts. As a Data Entry / Customer Account Rep, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, ensuring data integrity within our systems, managing customer relations and ensuring efficient order processing.

Duties:
  • Manage customer accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information
  • Perform order entry tasks with attention to detail
  • Input and update data into databases and systems accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize software programs to track customer interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team and warehouse personnel to optimize account management processes
  • Transcribe information from various sources with precision
  • Utilize Excel for data entry tasks
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed
  • Frequently enter warehouse to check on orders and scan products using RF Scanner
Skills:
  • Proficient in data entry techniques
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or sales roles
  • Experience working with databases and warehouse management systems
  • Experience using RF scanners
  • Ability to perform order entry accurately
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks in an office setting
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Strong organizational skills to manage large volumes of data effectively
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with CargoWise software is a plus

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $17.00 Per Hour
