Position Summary/Objective

We are seeking an Assistant Portfolio Administrator to provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients and support our team in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general support to the team as directed by the Portfolio Manager or Assistant Portfolio Manager
  • Greet and assist potential and current residents, answer phones, and address inquiries
  • Maintain records of resident interactions and transactions
  • Assist with resident letters/notices and delinquent rent calls
  • Coordinate resident and office event planning and execution
  • Assist with rental payments and maintenance department assignments

Minimum Qualifications

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • 2-5 years' experience with exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using computers and property management software

Required Education

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Marketing, social media, and sales experience is a plus
