Job Summary - Enterprise Performance Manager

PureCars is seeking an Enterprise Performance Manager to join us as our team, technology, and client base continues to grow. The Enterprise Performance Manager will work with Asbury Automotive, one of our largest clients, and manage the paid advertising strategy for their large group of dealerships across the country. This position is intended to be 50% remote and 50% hoteling at the Asbury corporate offices in Duluth, GA. This individual will directly interface with the clients' marketing executives to run their strategies , manage campaigns, get hands-on experience, and regularly report on progress and campaign efficacy. What You'll Do:
  • Work with Asbury Automotive Group, Fortune 500 automotive client partner, to help manage their paid advertising strategy and directly interface with their marketing executives
  • Adjust paid search campaigns based on individual dealership goals and continually identify opportunities to make measurable improvements via ad copy, bid management, budget adjustments, A/B testing, keyword research, testing, and analysis
  • Monitor and report on KPIs including, but not limited to, impression share, CTR, conversion rate, conversions, CPA, cost, and cost per click
  • Work with the client's marketing staff to execute budget changes, ongoing projects, and additional paid advertising requests
  • Be consistently available on/off hours to client's marketing staff to troubleshoot problems with a sense of urgency as needed
  • Work with Asbury's new advanced tech, Clicklane. Asbury's online buying network.
  • Ensure all produced and presented ad copy is within guidelines for OEM compliance standards
The Skills and Experience You Bring:
  • Prior experience in paid search campaign management. Experience in paid programmatic a plus, but not required.
  • Google Ads certifications, Bing Ads certification a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data from search engines, analytics packages, and internal data and make actionable decisions and recommendations.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Strong relationship management skills and previous experience interfacing directly with managers and executives to discuss paid advertising strategies
  • Detail oriented with the strong ability to precisely manipulate large, multi-faceted data sets. Pivot tables and V-look-ups skills experience required
