Responsibilities:

  • Manage batch processes and data flows using Informatica and Airflow
  • Perform data updates and table maintenance in legacy and newer applications
  • Provision and remove user access across a variety of systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents reported through the ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Research and utilize knowledge resources like SharePoint, Confluence, and ServiceNow to find solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to escalate issues as needed to subject matter experts

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with application support
  • Proficient experience with AutoSys and workflow management
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation
  • Proficient working experience with ServiceNow, Confluence and SharePoint to review job instructions, perform documentation and knowledge basis
  • Previous working experience with tools to perform batch processes and data flows, Airflow and Informatica is preferred
  • Solid communication skills
