Sr Analyst: Expected salary range of $88,200 to $98,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Analyst: Expected salary range of $64,000 to $81,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Sr. Analyst, Costing Desk/ The Analyst, Costing Desk position is accountable for performing costing calculations for Constellation NewEnergy's incremental products and management of the associated processes related to accurately accounting for and billing those costs. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for building, maintaining and continually improving costing models as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the costing desk. The Sr. Analyst should be proficient in the use of all costing models and work independently on assigned markets.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Build, maintain and run costing models on a monthly basis for assigned markets to generate accurate and timely pricing for billing.
  • Create, manage and maintain internal indices for all existing and new products including setup, determining components, validating in pricing profile, and applying appropriate model or calculation.
  • Provide cost data to operational accounting team in order to assist in explanation of Incremental Profit and Loss and VLR products profitability.
  • Partner with Sales and Supply departments to identify margin opportunities and help determine appropriate market pricing.
  • Assist Costing Desk team in building and applying appropriate costing models and techniques as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Sr. Analyst

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field plus five years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving/conflict resolution and independent decision-making
  • Knowledge of CNE value proposition, retail markets and processes
  • Expertise in effectively and professionally communicating (both written and oral mediums) with internal and external parties
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member, assisting team members as needed

  • Advanced degree in business related fields such as Master of Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
