Oversee the development and implementation of IT solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications, scope projects, and allocate resources effectively. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate technical risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful implementation and integration. Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Service Management: Partner with leaders on the SAP Service management and support for everyday business sustainability, managing external vendors to deliver solutions for incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, service requests, and other production support.
