Looking for a RPA Citizen Development Training and Engagement Lead. This is (preferably) a Houston position but other locations will be considered - but Houston candidates will be given preference. The Job Description is as follows

The RPA Citizen developer lead role is responsible to strategize, design and deliver Citizen Development Program for the Intelligent Automation team. Candidate will require to identify and monitor training needs across the enterprise, design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill business needs. This role with require close interactions with the various Platforms and Business Units to share the benefits of the Citizen Development and implement the program in their business area.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver overall training plan across the organization to build Organizational Capability (does NOT need to prepare the training material and perform the training. ALL training material is provided by the Vendor)
2. Reviews existing training plan and hackathon programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of the organization.
3. Engage with vendors to ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
4. Utilize technical skills to improve team or processes. E.g. Create SharePoint pages, update information on SP sites, create Power BI reports etc.
5. Grow the program based on the feedback and incorporating of new methods and techniques for delivering training and hackathons.
6. Plan and deliver discovery workshops, trainings, Hackathons, office hours across the enterprise.
7. Capture, monitor and share value gained through the RPA Citizen development program
8. Identify ways to improve current processes, performance, and robustness
9. Develop a community of Citizen Development Champions and enable growth through the continuous feedback loop.
10. Vendor management and engagement for training delivery
