Role Overview:

In the capacity of Lead Cost Estimator, you will oversee two pivotal projects situated in the South. One of these initiatives is already underway, necessitating your on-site involvement. With a strong project pipeline and a healthy order book, this position offers significant growth prospects, including the potential to mentor and lead a team of junior estimators in the future.

About You:

Experienced: You are either a seasoned Lead Cost Estimator in the utilities domain or an Estimator ready to advance your career.

Specialised: You possess experience in managing large-scale water utility projects, particularly those with self-delivery elements.

Mobile: You are willing to travel for project needs, with flexible working arrangements available.

Knowledgeable: You have a solid understanding of NEC forms of contract.

Qualified: You hold a Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
