A Human Resources Coordinator is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. This role involves managing and maintaining employee and contractor records in SAP, ensuring data accuracy, auditing, and proctoring job code testing, while handling HR administration tasks and maintaining confidentiality.

responsibilities:

  • Enter new employee and contractor data into SAP for US and international sites.

  • Update and maintain employee and contractor records.

  • Perform mass uploads into SAP.

  • Audit Union personnel data quarterly.

  • Correct and identify errors from integrations.

  • Proctor employee job code testing for union employees.

  • Handle HR administration projects as assigned by the manager.

Skills:

  • High attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and ensure data accuracy.

  • Responsive to internal and external customers.

  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees and leadership.

  • Maintain confidentiality as the position is exposed to confidential information.

  • Proficiency in computer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Workday, and SAP (preferred).
