- Update documents to current format,
- gap assess procedures against corporate requirements,
- chemical inventory and update of SDS system to get it current,
Job Description:
- Organize files and archive files using corp. procedure for this.
- Quality Document Systems Management is responsible for the development, deployment and maintenance of controlled documentation and supporting systems.
- Typically is vocationally qualified with limited work experience.
- Develops knowledge and skills in basic practices and procedures within own area.
- Applies basic technical skills and knowledge to complete assigned work.
- Works on straightforward tasks using established procedures; work is subject to review by others.
- Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction.
