We are seeking a highly skilled Process Risk Management Expert to join our team at DriveTime. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing industry-leading risk management solutions that protect our customers, shareholders, and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mitigate risk across various processes and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement controls that align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain clear and concise operational definitions for risk management processes.
  • Partner with process engineers to identify and address control gaps.
  • Design and document detective controls to ensure effective risk mitigation.
  • Work with data analysis teams to create reporting and analytics to support risk management efforts.
  • Train and educate quality teams on new control execution steps.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders during control build and transition.
  • Execute tasks assigned by manager to deliver on team objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or 3+ years of applicable experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SQL is a plus.
  • Controls testing experience required.
  • Attention to detail and follow-through is essential.
  • Team player with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be adaptable, show initiative, and embrace special projects.
