Our Healthcare client in Middlesex County, NJ is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. In fact, if you possess expertise in Month-end close, Financial Statement Preparation, and assist with Federal, State, tax filings, this role is for you. Advanced Excel are currently used. Senior Accountant
Salary: up to approx. $90-100k
Location: near Piscataway, NJ
Remote - (only 1-2x per month on-site)

Responsibilities :

  • Perform Month end close including:
  • Journal Entry Uploads
  • Heavy Financial Statement Analysis
  • Perform GL Management and complex Account Reconciliation
  • Analyze Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements
  • Variance Analysis - written
Use GAAP standards to carry out all accounting functions Assist with Audit and Tax filings Work on Special Projects
Requirements :
  • Accounting and Finance Degree
  • At least 5-7 yrs. of experience
  • PeopleSoft and Advanced Excel
  • CPA's highly preferred
