Business Development Strategist

As a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability for Pharmaron. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with clients, focusing on their senior management teams. You will stay informed about our capabilities and services to engage in informed discussions with clients and prospective clients about our offerings.
This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing and highly respected CRO. Your exceptional commercial acumen, presentation skills, and business analytical abilities will enable you to achieve agreed-upon sales and profit targets, driving business growth and profitability.
Your daily activities will include achieving agreed-upon sales and profit targets, cultivating, managing, and maintaining professional relationships with clients, staying informed about our capabilities and services, and working closely with our scientists to ensure client expectations are realistic and achievable. You will also contribute to the development of a compelling Value Proposition, making Pharmaron an attractive choice for clients.
