The Post-Production Coordinator is a critical member of the in-house marketing team at a mid-size multi-brand apparel company. This full time(40 hour per week) role collaborates closely with the photo studio team after a photo shoot is complete, ensuring that product imagery undergoes the retouching, approval, and delivery process smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

• Route a high volume of imagery (approximately 500+ images per week) through the post-production process, ensuring that all delivery milestones are met on schedule.
• Coordinate retouching and color reviews with the creative team and senior production, providing clear and concise feedback to outside retouching vendors to ensure adherence to brand and retailer standards.
• QC retouching and recoloring execution to meet the highest quality standards, ensuring that all final artwork meets brand and retailer specifications, including color space, file size, and file naming conventions.
• QC marketing team compliance to the DAM (Digital Assets Management) platform metadata protocol and file naming conventions.
• Optimize metadata to enhance DAM search functionality, ensuring that all final assets are easily discoverable and accessible by relevant stakeholders.
• Organize the assets in accordance with delivery and archival protocols, ensuring that all images are properly categorized, labeled, and stored for future reference.
• Manage timely communication, from art release to creative approvals to final asset delivery, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the process.

Skills required:

• Experience working in a photo studio or creative agency environment, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in apparel ecomm photography.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a passionate commitment to accuracy, ensuring that every aspect of the post-production process is handled with precision.
• Ability to manage outside vendors, directing them on timelines, priorities, and quality standards to ensure that all outsourced work aligns with the company's requirements.
• Organized and able to prioritize, multi-task, and adhere to strict deadlines, ensuring that the workflow remains efficient and on track.
• Strong working knowledge of Mac OS environment and Abode Suite (Photoshop), with a proven ability to utilize these tools to streamline the post-production process.
• Power-user-level experience with Digital Management Platforms (DAM), ensuring that all imagery is managed and organized effectively within the DAM system.
