Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Executive for our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Provide customer support for one or more producers in the Commercial Lines department
  • Respond to phone and email requests from customers, insurance companies, internal staff
  • Process daily mail, including faxes and emails, for assigned customers
  • Validate coverage and rating for policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations
  • Keep up-to-date follow-up system for correspondence/requests
  • Maintain up-to-date renewal expiration reports
  • Invoice policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations as required
  • Enter all required data into the AMS to maintain current file data on all accounts
  • Attach all documents to the AMS via the ImageRight document management software
  • Foster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & Brown
  • Ensure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and procedures
  • Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
  • Always conduct the highest level of confidentiality
  • Other duties as needed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • 5+ years' Middle Market Commercial Lines experience, required
  • New Mexico P&C License, required
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
  • Some college, a plus, not required
  • Strong analytical aptitude and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
