Our clients team is dedicated to leveraging technology to make a positive impact in the non-profit sector. As a Cloud Technology Consultant, you'll collaborate closely with our technical sales team to deliver innovative Azure solutions that address customer challenges.

Cloud Technology Consultant
18 month contract
100% Remote

$40/hour + weekly pay, 15 days of PTO/year, 401K Saving options and Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance coverage

Typical Day in the Role: In this role, you will:

  • Engage with managed customers, providing expert guidance on Azure services.
  • Collaborate with sellers to define technology solutions that drive customer success.
  • Contribute to key projects including Azure Customer Adds and Microsoft SQL Migrations.
  • Balance your time between customer interactions (60%), internal meetings (20%), and research/learning (20%).

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (preferred). Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in Azure architecture/administration and traditional sysadmin skills (including virtualization and SQL). Familiarity with networking and network security is also required.
  • Desired Skills:
    • Pre-Sales Engineering Experience: Ideal candidates will have exposure to pre-sales architecture roles.
    • Security Background: Certifications like CISSP will enhance your profile.
    • Azure and Security Skills: Highlight your experience in Azure administration and security.

Responsibilities:
  • Design architecture that meets both current and future technology needs.
  • Ensure systems comply with agency IT architecture standards.
  • Analyze workflow issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
