The Administrative Coordinator-II provides administrative support by scheduling patient appointments using Epic. Maintains records, and files in an efficient manner. Looks for innovative ways to improve work procedures and methods that primarily result in time and cost savings. Work requires collaboration with both internal and external contacts in order to complete job duties, resolve problems, and improve efficiency. Communication with external contacts is required to provide or gather information, handle routine transactions and provide information.

Location: Columbia, MD

Shift:

Full time day Day Shift; 9:00am - 5:30pm

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of five (5) years experience required

Experience to include exposure to a busy office setting. Prior patient access experience preferred

High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required.
