Summary:

This is an onsite role working within HR with employees and the plant manager in a fast paced manufacturing plant environment.

Job Description:
  • Maintain timekeeping and attendance records
  • Assist with employee changes, such as address, benefits, 401k, withholding, direct deposit, etc.
  • Manage safety shoe subsidy and gym membership reimbursements
  • Assist with the new hire onboarding process
  • Schedule and oversee weekly meals and healthy snacks
  • Perform other HR duties as necessary
  • This is NOT a remote role.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
  • Strong and intuitive decision-making skills
  • Punctuality and problem solving skills needed
  • Strong technology skills and familiarity working with Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced, ever growing environment
