As Human Resources Representative, you'll:
  • Greet employees professionally and warmly both in-person and by phone.
  • Respond to employee questions and concerns and, as appropriate, direct inquires to the appropriate HR professional or resource.
  • Assist in administering workers' compensation and risk management activities.
  • Help maintain accurate records of workers' compensation claims, data, and activities.
  • Assist with onboarding and processing new hires, rehires, transfers, and promotions.
  • Provide HR team support, including coordinating meetings, ordering office supplies, handling invoices, and processing payments.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all matters.
  • Possess a strong understanding of company policies, guidelines, and HR processes.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
  • At least three years of Human Resources experience, or alternative experience deemed appropriate.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple critical, time-sensitive projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and an ability to work well with employees at all levels within the organization.
  • Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented with great attention to accuracy.
  • Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and maintain confidentiality.
