In partnership with the Member Experience Manager 1. oversee all day-to-day requests and needs from The Cannon's growing community across all Cannon workspaces, solving member issues as they come up while increasingly delegating to our Community Associates and the rest of the Member Experience team. 2. Oversee internal member communications efforts across all Cannon Workspace communities. 3. Support all other areas of Community Management across all of The Cannon's growing amount of workspaces - including Events, Programming, Operations, Building Partner Relations, and any other needs.

About You + Skills

  • You are an exceptional communicator, can write effectively, and communicate quickly in response to a variety and large volume of incoming requests and needs. Experience communicating to C- Suite executives and/or large organizations is a plus.
  • You can handle a large volume of customer requests and needs simultaneously and are skilled at balancing a large variety of requests effectively.
  • You can work quickly and efficiently, and adjust to changing priorities while retaining an extensive amount of flexibility in order to balance the ever-changing needs of a young company.
  • You are a proactive self-starter and eager to take over a new challenge, and comfortable working on projects independently.
  • You are aggressively organized and can manage multiple high-pressure ongoing projects simultaneously while staying customer-focused and providing excellent service to our community, both current and potential members.
  • You have strength for project management using detail-oriented processes and clear communication with all parties involved in a project.
  • You are an excellent written and verbal communicator and are comfortable working with everyone from vendors to CEOs and senior team members of large, global corporations.
  • You can strike a balance between being both diplomatic and assertive in order to keep projects on task and parties accountable.
  • You are process-oriented, comfortable establishing and tracking, and managing goals.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Experience with project management
  • Demonstration of customer service for diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstration of a drive for collaboration - both internally and externally
  • Comfort with virtual tools - web-conferencing platforms, CRMs (HubSpot), etc.
  • An interest in learning on the job, a can-do attitude, and being pushed outside of your
  • comfort zone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with Google Slides
  • Excellent organizational skills

Primary Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all member needs across all Cannon workspaces.
  • Engage with The Cannon's growing community across all platforms, including Email, Slack, and Cannon Connect.
  • Respond promptly to all requests, delegating tasks and managing the
  • workflow of member requests effectively.
  • Track member needs, issues, and requests in order to provide data sets to help The Cannon improve member experience across all locations.
  • Ensure that our members always feel that their requests are a top priority for our
  • team, keeping them up to date on progress and closing the tickets out as they are
  • completed.
  • Assist with tours and negotiations when needed, keeping inventory up to date for
  • all spaces and coordinating member agreements, upgrades, and changes.
