IT Support Specialist

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting employees in their use of all software, hardware and networks used at the company. Your role will oversee our end user support function, manage the set up and termination of employee accounts and support strategic projects as assigned by our IT Director. This is an office-based position located at our headquarters in Fargo, ND .

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end technical support for internal users of hardware, software and network problems; manage
    queue of IT tickets in a timely manner

  • Manage the employee onboarding and termination process of internal systems; including account creation and
    provisioning of of Office 365, MS Active Directory, AutoQuotes and NetSuite

  • Prepare all equipment for employees Day 1 including equipment provisioning and shipping

  • Develop and deliver end user training for launch of new software and system updates

  • Maintain accurate records of asset management for all equipment companywide

  • Support IT projects for process improvement and system enhancement

  • Ability to prioritize your workload, stay organized and maintain a customer-focused mindset

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT role supporting end users in a troubleshooting capacity
  • Basic familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Must be resourceful and able to take initiative
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels
