THE ROLE

PlayOn Sports is looking for an Office Manager to manage the daily operations of our two office locations (Alpharetta and Chamblee) and provide light administrative support to C-Suite executives. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, proactive and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities for this role include:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the offices, including maintaining office equipment and supplies.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

• Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

• Manage office budgets and expenses.

• Oversee the maintenance of office systems, including IT and telecommunications.

• Plan and coordinate company events and activities.

• Assist with onboarding and set-up for new employees.

• Manage People Operations functions, as needed (swag distribution, anniversary gifts, etc.).

• Assist in preparing presentations and reports.

• Manage senior executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

• Draft and prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents.

• Prepare expense reports and reconcile credit card statements.

• Handle confidential information and maintain discretion.

THE PERSON

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as office manager / executive assistant.

• Ability to commute between two office locations (Alpharetta and Chamblee).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.

• Experience managing staff and budgets.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
