Matt Cresap State Farm Insurance is a multi-office State Farm Insurance agency located in Alpharetta and Roswell, Georgia. We offer and provide customer service for auto, home, and financial services products. Our focus is to help people manage the risk of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. Our agency was established in 2011 and has quickly become one of the top 1/2% of performing State Farm agencies in the United States. We are the largest State Farm agency in Alpharetta and opened a second location in 2022.
Training
No experience is required, training is provided.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in our Alpharetta or Roswell, Ga offices for an Assistant Office Manager. The Assistant Office Manager will be responsible for helping to manage our customers including a variety of tasks, such as answering phone calls, making outbound phone calls, assisting with customer service, and providing office administration support.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in providing administrative assistance, overseeing office equipment, and office administration support
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree is a plus
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, however we no experience is required
