The Car Sales General Manager oversees all store operations management including sales, finance, inventory, pricing, and compliance. Meet and exceed sales targets, all channels, drive strong CRM metric accountability, assist in sales team training, and provide continuous coaching, assist in the management of the sales team, achieve KPI targets.
