We are currently seeking a determined and dynamic Dealer Technical Support Specialist.
Position Overview: Working directly with Dealers and Field Technicians on ordering, scheduling, and product support alarm monitoring equipment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing solutions to techs technical issues by identifying the problem, researching answers and guiding the techs step-by-step through corrective measures for one-call resolution.
  • Review invoices, create receipts and place orders
  • Track and follow up on open orders, as well as partner with our Fulfillment Center
  • Provide and process orders for all internal Techs
  • Remotely assist with monthly inventory counts
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of proven work experience in field technician experience
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help
  • Proficient problem solving and communication skills
  • Purchasing or inventory experience preferred
  • Minimum typing skills of 30 WPM
