Your Mission:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in providing high-level support and expertise in managing parts inventory, advising on part selection, and ensuring optimal stock levels to meet client needs efficiently. As our Parts Product Support Specialist, you hold the keys to delivering world-class customer service through our parts department.
Key Responsibilities

- Commanding daily parts orders and orchestrating seamless drop shipments.
- Fulfilling orders, ensuring precision in shipping or for customer pickup.

- Deciding the best way to transport parts shipments, like a logistics pro.
- Making the magic happen by checking in daily and weekly stock orders.

- Collaborate with service technicians to determine parts requirements for repairs.
- Offer recommendations for parts and modifications that can enhance equipment performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and advancements.
- Assist in developing parts sales strategies and promotions to boost customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Parts experience in heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive industries (preferred).
- Proven experience in parts management, customer service, or a similar role in the material handling or related industry.
