What you'll do:

Responsible for systems requirements, designing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle software application and data infrastructure within the Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) department. Researches, analyzes, and outlines the goals for various ERP-based software and/or data solutions that support the business and IS&T strategies. Ensuring architectural solutions meet technical and functional requirements throughout the development and maintenance of integrated solutions. The Oracle Systems Architect will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and teams to understand the business needs and ensure solutions are designed to perform efficiently and meet required standards and expectations.

Schedule
  • Full-Time | 80 hours per two weeks | Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. | This opportunity remote.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor of Science or Technology in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • 8+ years' experience in Oracle software implementation, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Software/Systems Architect.
  • Strong focus and skill set in the Human Capital Management to include:
    • Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Absence, Performance Management.
  • VBCS- Redwood Customizations
  • Reporting (OTBI, BIPublisher).
  • HCM Extracts (Database items).
  • Fast Formulas, Value Sets.
  • HDL Loads.
  • Auto Complete Rules.
  • Guided Learning.
  • ICS Integrated Cloud Services.
  • API's.
  • Provide Oracle Cloud Systems and data infrastructure support and expertise for an integrated system (HR, Supply Chain and Finance).
