Monitors customers likes and dislikes, lost sales, and dealership sales history and conducts local market analyses to determine which vehicles to stock. * Appraises all incoming used vehicles. * Plans and controls the display of new andused vehicles. * Establishes and controls wholesaling activities. * Handle customer follow-ups. REQUIREMENTS: * At least 2 years of previous experience as Sales Manager and Used Buyer * Knowledge and use of DMS Systems and CRM * Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures * Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills. * Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills * Valid driver's license with and acceptable driving record * Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment
