We are looking for a motivated Safety/Purchasing Administrator to join our team in Orange, CA. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration of safety programs, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate the purchase of safety equipment and supplies, as well as general purchasing for company operations.
  • Manage inventory levels, initiate purchase orders, and track deliveries to ensure timely availability of necessary materials.
  • Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Facilitate safety training sessions for staff to promote a safe working environment.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, suppliers, and regulatory agencies regarding safety and purchasing matters.
  • Maintain detailed records of purchasing data, safety reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, organizing files, and managing office supplies.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a role combining safety compliance and purchasing responsibilities, preferably in an industrial or construction setting.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and standards (OSHA, etc.) and experience conducting safety training and audits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with purchasing software or systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple tasks effectively and maintaining a stable work history.
