Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in account management or customer success, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in a digital marketing agency. The Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing digital marketing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular and proactive communication.
  • Lead client calls, keeping clients informed about project progress and addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and aligning our services to meet their needs.
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reports that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, and campaign performance.
  • Oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring that objectives are met efficiently and within specified timelines.
  • Create and assign tasks, monitor project timelines, and coordinate with internal team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate closely with management and team members to address project challenges and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Professionally handle escalated customer issues, working towards swift resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback from clients and use it to continually improve and enhance our service offerings.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
  • English Resume is required
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet client expectations.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on providing client solutions.
