Job Description

This role supports the Sr. Director of Business Development & Sales and aligns with strategic guidance from the Chief Product Officer. With general supervision, the position assists the Sales and Internal Research & Development Team in coordinating and executing projects, tracking schedules, milestones, and deliverables. This staff-level role is essential in shaping project plans and evaluating program effectiveness.

  • Receives, organizes, orders, and reports on the release of Program items.
  • Creates and maintains action item lists with unique identifiers to track, clarify, and facilitate the exchange of information between program management teams.
  • Creates and maintains status-tracking documents that identify milestones and associated project deliverables and tasks.
  • Assists Program Managers in the conduct and completion of project-related duties and functions.
Required Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of related project management experience.
  • Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance. Security clearances are granted to U.S. citizens.
Desired Skills:
  • Associates' Degree
  • Knowledge of project management applications, techniques, and procedures
  • Willingness to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Willing to recognize and resolve problems, select work methods, and set priorities
  • Skill in maintaining positive relations with others, both inside and outside the Organization, and obtaining cooperation
  • Skill in analyzing complex information and indicating logical conclusions or recommendations
  • Skill in the use of various software programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
