Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This key role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the landscaping industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in the landscaping or related industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Prospect for potential new clients and turn these into increased business.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Proposal and Presentation Preparation: Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and sales contracts to win new business.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the operations and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Networking and Event Participation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand the client base.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the landscaping, construction, or real estate industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
