- State unrestricted licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse, complemented by national board certification. Eligibility to participate in Medicare is a must.
- A proven track record with at least 6 months of direct experience as an APP, preferably with exposure to geriatric, hospice, or palliative care populations. Experience in the nursing home environment is highly desired.
