Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective patient care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices.

- Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics and self-care techniques.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications may be required based on clinical area standards.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Standing and walking frequently.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds.
- Occasional climbing and balancing.
- Frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
